A few days ago it was −9 degrees at home. Now I’m standing barefoot in the sand where it’s 87+. The temperature shift is drastic, but the real contrast is the life I almost lost versus the one I built anyway. This is a reflection on survival, grit, and why sometimes keeping your head down is the bravest thing you can do.

Sometimes the hardest part of growth is realizing not every chapter was meant to come with you. This month is your reminder to turn the page with intention and let the old story stay where it belongs…behind you.
